AI Agent Passports: identity, permissions and activity records
An IDee AI Agent Passport is an organisation’s record of an agent, its versions, declared tools and permissions, and deployment context. Blackbox sessions add a record of submitted activity events.
For teams that need to answer which agent version was in use, what it was configured to do, and which events were recorded during a session.
Open AI Agent PassportsMake the configuration understandable
Register an agent with a name, description, type and developer. Each version can describe its runtime, model provider and model, capabilities, tools, data access categories and approval requirements.
Version records carry configuration fingerprints. Deployments connect a version to an environment and an inventory reference, helping a team distinguish a test configuration from one recorded for production.
- Versioned agent identity and lifecycle status
- Declared allow, deny or conditional permissions
- Deployment records for development, staging, production or sandbox
Connect identity to recorded activity
The Blackbox workflow groups submitted events into sessions associated with an agent version and, optionally, a deployment. Recorded events can describe tool calls, decisions, approval steps, errors and outcomes.
Current capture modes are metadata-only or hash-only. An activity record depends on what the connected producer submits; creating a Passport does not automatically observe every action in an external agent runtime.
From the first step
How to get started
Choose an organisation
Open the agent workspace with the appropriate organisation access. Management actions depend on your role.
Record a version
Describe the model, tools, capabilities and intended permission rules without entering credentials or secret prompts.
Connect activity
Use the Blackbox workflow to submit session events, then review the sequence against the registered version.
What to keep in mind
Registered permission rules document the intended configuration; they do not, by themselves, enforce restrictions in an external runtime.
Session integrity checks do not prove that submitted events are complete or true. Raw and redacted payload capture are not available capture modes.
IDee does not present these records as AI insurance, an independent safety certification or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Common questions
Does a Passport run or host my agent?
No. The registry records agent identity and configuration. A deployment entry describes where a version is used; it is not an agent hosting service.
Are my agent records public?
The agent tools use organisation access. This public page describes the service and does not publish workspace records, permissions or activity sessions.
