Property presentations from your IDee Passport
IDee Sale Studio prepares a buyer presentation from a Property Passport. Select photos, property facts and history, add a description and asking price, then review the information intended for sharing.
For property owners who already keep an IDee record and want a focused presentation for an interested buyer.
Open Sale StudioGive a buyer useful context
The presentation draws from the property’s recorded information. You choose the photographs and available facts to include, along with selected history entries and whether their dates appear.
Location can be hidden or shown at city or area level. Document categories may indicate that supporting material is registered without providing the document files themselves.
- Selected property photos and specifications
- Description, optional asking price and currency
- Selected history and document-category indicators
Review a separate buyer view
A presentation is assembled from the choices made in Sale Studio. Review its content before creating or sharing a buyer link, especially photographs, descriptions and history titles that may contain identifying information.
Use the Passport as your underlying record and the presentation as the focused view for the buyer. A document-category indicator helps identify what information exists; it does not replace reviewing the document.
From the first step
How to get started

What to keep in mind
Sale Studio currently serves property presentations. It is not described here as a sales tool for every asset category.
The presentation is based on recorded information. It does not verify title, building legality, measurements, valuation or the accuracy of a listing.
Sharing a presentation does not complete a sale, provide escrow or replace the professional checks a transaction requires.
Common questions
Does the buyer get every file in my Property Passport?
No. The presentation contains selected information and document-category indicators, not the private document files. Review the resulting view before sharing.
Can I use this without a Property Passport?
Sale Studio starts from a property record. Create a Passport with the property category first, then return to choose its presentation content.
