Your things, their story
Digital passports for your belongings
IDee creates digital passports for the things you own, bringing their details, receipts, warranties and history into an organised record with controlled sharing.
For people who want to keep useful information about a car, device, watch, property or piece of equipment together throughout its life.
Create your first PassportOne record for the object and its history
A Passport starts with an item’s identity: its category, brand, model, photographs and relevant specifications. Add purchase information and dated events as the object changes, receives care or is repaired.
The record stays useful after the first entry. Instead of searching through separate messages and folders, open the item and find its information in context.
- Details appropriate to the type of item
- Receipts, warranties, manuals and service documents in its Proof Vault
- Dated history, with supporting documents where you have them
Choose what another person sees
The public sharing controls let you select fields, sections and photographs and preview the result. A shared Passport is a separate view of selected information. Document metadata and the original document file are different things.
Check the preview before sharing and remove personal information from any text or image you select. You can revoke a published Passport link through the sharing controls.
From the first step
How to get started
Identify the item
Create a Passport, choose its category and add the details you already know. You can build the record over time.
Connect the evidence
Open the Passport’s ownership centre to add documents and events. Keep the original source and date clear.
Use the right view
Keep the full record for yourself. When sharing is available, select what is useful to the recipient and review the preview.
What to keep in mind
A record contains information supplied by its contributors. Creating a Passport does not certify authenticity, legal ownership or the condition of an item.
Public sharing and uploads depend on the service’s current availability. Premium features remain upcoming; saved care dates are not a promise of automated notifications.
Common questions
Do I have to make my Passport public?
No. You can use a Passport to organise your own information. Publishing a selected view is a separate action, and a shared link does not automatically mean search-engine indexing.
Is this a government or EU product passport?
No. IDee’s personal Passport organises an item’s record. It is not a travel document and is not presented as certified compliance with EU Digital Product Passport requirements.
